Complete Cleaning Service has devised a way of cleaning the walls in your Rental Units to reduce the cost of repainting. If it cannot be cleaned Complete Cleaning service will advise you of necessary painting needs.

Carpet Cleaning
Steam cleaning of each carpeted area, and stain removal to the best of its ability, depending on condition prior to cleaning of carpets. Also an evaluation of new carpet replacement, if needed

Digital Before & After Photos
Before and after photo are useful in many ways. Insurance, Tenant Evictions, Deposit Issues, and are great ways to see how we can really bring your rental back to life.

Wrtten Itemized Repair List
This is a useful asset to our customers. We strongly believe that because we are so up close and person with you and your unit, we are very aware of minor to major items that need attemtion.dead smoke alarms, holes, broken items, ect.

Lawn Service
We are able to provide a one time lawn service which includes mowing, minor shrub and hedge trimming, yard clean up. Which gives your property a clean complete finishing touch.

Pressure Washing
We are able to provide a one time pressure washing of your Vinyl, aluminum, concrete, decks, landings, exterior windows. Which adds even more to that complete finishing touch

Painting
We are able to provide a one time Painting service, which includes touch ups and complete interior rooms and trim.

Minor Repairs
We are also able to do one time minor repairs while we are servicing your unit. These may include but not limited to. Minor drywall repair, nail hole repair, screen replacement, touch up painting.
